Follow the steps below to start your educational benefits

Apply to the UIW academic program of your choice:

Broadway Campus Admissions or School of Professional Studies

Determine your eligibility and benefit type with the Department of Veterans Affairs

Apply online at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs website or by calling 1-888-GIBILL-1 (1-888-442-4551).

Ensure all required documents for your benefit type are submitted to the UIW Military and Veteran Center. Drop offs or via e-mail ( veterans@uiwtx.edu) are welcome.
